For as long as I can remember, art has been an integral part of my life.

My artistic journey unfolded naturally. My father, Javier Cabada, is a professional abstract artist, and my mother was a gifted gallerist and art dealer. I cherish the experience of growing up in the family-owned art business, gaining insights from both the gallery and artist perspectives.

Driven by my passion for art and a desire to create a legacy, I founded Cabada Contemporary. This initiative aims to reignite my father's career while nurturing my own figurative painting in a vibrant, modern setting. I am thrilled by the chance to discover, curate, and showcase both established and emerging artists, recognized nationally and internationally, in the Washington area.
